Registration, Hotel and Tour bookings are being handled by Mondial, our
professional conference organiser. We encourage online registration and
credit card payments as the most secure and efficient mode. In case you
prefer to handle paper, you can download and print the registration
form and submit the completed form by fax or mail to Mondial. Please
note that your registration and reservations only become valid after complete
payment has been received. In case of bank transfer we expect payments
within eight (8) days from submitting the registration.
All details of hotels, tours, additional seminars and workshops will
be displayed on the registration
pages to allow you to choose according to your needs. Hotel and flight
booking are optional services.

The registration rates for the IVETA Vienna 2004 Conference are

- Conference CD containing presentations and papers
- Meet and greet desk at the airport
- Handling of hotel and tour reservations (not the actual cost for hotels
and tours)
- Invitation letter if required to obtain visa for Austria
- Certificate of attendance
Not included in the conference fee are
- Travel and Medical Insurances
- Cost for obtaining visa for Austria
- Transfers between airport and hotels
- Transfer between hotels and conference venue (most conference hotels
are in walking distance from the conference venue)
- Lunches (there are restaurants available in close proximity to the
conference venue which offer various types of lunches starting from
Euro 10)
- Recreational Tours (please book and pay separately as part of your
registration)
- Special Pre-Conference Seminars and Workshops (DACUM and Practice
Firm seminar)
The rate for accompanying persons includes

- special recreational programme consisting of three part day tours
