- Uni. Prof. Dr. Peter Kampits, Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and
Education (Vienna University), Austria, Topic: Europe is more
than the EU
- Dipl. Ing. Dr. h.c. Josef Riegler, President of the Ecosocial Forum
of Europe, Austria topic: "The Global Marshall Plan for a world-wide
Eco Social Market Economy - A European Initiative"
- Eng. Ali Ahmed Sayed, Counselor to the Minister of Education for International
Cooperation and Director of Mubarak-Kohl Initiative, topic "TVET and

Presentations and round table discussions have been submitted from a great
number of countries including Belgium, China, France, Germany, Hongkong,
India, Netherlands, Austria, Russia, South Africa, Uganda, Ukraine and USA.
The three day conference programme will provide a mix of plenary and
break-out sessions, round table discussions and workshops along the lines
of the conference themes. Welcome reception, educational visits and a
confererence dinner allow more networking and socialising among delegates.
