Pre-Conference Workshops and Seminars
The conference organisers will provide the opportunity for professional development
through pre-conference workshops and seminars. You can enroll in these events during the
registration process or by email to orga@ivetavienna2004.info. The following workshops and
seminars will be offered:
- DACUM
Robert Norton from the Ohio State University together with his team will introduce the DACUM
methodology. He offers a two day workshop on Monday and Tuesday (August 23 and 24). A certificate
of attendance will be presented to participants. The cost of this workshop is Euro 395 covering
tuition, refreshments and material.
A complete DACUM Institute will be offered during the week preceding the conference, starting August
16, 2004. Participants will learn to use the DACUM methodology practice the DACUM analysis twice and
receive the first stage of certification as DACUM specialists. Please click here for the DACUM

The cost of the DACUM Institute is Euro 1295 for one participant. There is a 5% discount for
registrations of the second and subsequent participants from one organisation. The seats are
limited, so please register as soon as you can.

All seminars and workshops will only be offered if a minimum number of registrations will have
been received by July 15, 2004. In case you have registered for a workshop or seminar which will
not be offered, the fees paid will be refunded in full.
