Project management of science and IT/e-learning projects for Austrian
Schools since 2000.

Abstract Curriculum Vitae:
Deputy Director of the British Council in Indonesia, has been chosen
to be the new Director of the European Training Foundation, the
EU agency based in Turin, Italy.
Following a public recruitment procedure, the ETF's Governing Board
chose Dr. Dunbar from a short list of five candidates put forward
by the European Commission.She will succeed Peter de Rooij, whose
mandate as Director comes to an end on 30 June 2004 and who has
managed the ETF since it was established in 1994.
Dr. Dunbar, who is British, has spent her entire 30-year career
working in the field of vocational education and training. She is
currently senior consultant in education and training at the British
Council in Indonesia working on a variety of education reform projects,
and has advised on many donor-funded projects in vocational education
and training in developing and transition countries.
Before moving onto the international scene, Dr. Dunbar was Assistant
Director at the Scottish Qualifications Authority (formerly the
Scottish Vocational Education Council).
Dr. Dunbar holds a Master's degree and a Doctor of Education degree
from the University of Sheffield.

Abstract Curriculum Vitae:
Dr. Fretwell has a special interest in human capital development
with a special focus on education, training, and labor/employment
issues. His experience is at the local state/provincial, national,
and international levels in development and implementation of education,
training, employment policy and programs. He oined the World Bank
in 1988 and works in the Education, Labor, and Private Sector Development
sectors.
Dr. Fretwell has long-term work experience assignments in Canada
and the U.S. Saudi Arabia, Africa, and most recently in Europe and
Central Asia, where he I was assigned for two and one-half years
at the World Bank Human Resource Hub in Hungary, and more recently
at the European Union European Training Foundation in Italy. He
has carried out short-term assignments in about 30 countries in
Africa, the Middle East and Asia, with a recent emphasis in the
transition economies in Europe.
In parallel with is project design and supervision work at the
Bank he has led a number of regional and international initiatives
in Europe and Central Asia on issues related to education, training,
employment, and labor issues. He recently completed a Bank financed
study and publication on adult and continuing education, managed
the World Bank's global conference on Lifelong Learning, completed
a study and paper on "Public Policy on Career Development in
Transition and Middle Income Countries", and a publication
on "Mitigating the Social Impact of Privatizatioin and Economic
Restructuring".

Abstract Curriculum Vitae:
Mr. Ali Sayed was born in 1940. Since 1993 he is managing the MKI
programme successfully. He is attending and positively contributing
in many national, regional and international conferences, workshops,
seminars related to VET. He represents Egypt in the Advisory Forum
of the ETF in Turin.
He is member of several boards in Egypt (related to VET). A short
time lecturer at Inwent (institution in Germany) and makes many
official simultaneous, consecutive and written translation services
in Egypt, Germany Syria and for several German institutions.
